The Process
1. Choose your design
This is an in-store-only item! Book your appointment directly through the appointment button. There’s no need to add anything to your cart.
2. Imprint your wax
Our team will guide you through the imprint process in person.
3. Choose your imprint
In store, your imprint will be checked and approved on the spot.
4. Inspection & Casting
Once your imprint is created, our goldsmith carefully inspects it to ensure it’s ready for casting.
After approval, your design is transformed into solid gold or silver using the traditional lost-wax method.
5. Polishing & Finishing
After casting, your jewelry is hand-polished and refined to perfection.
Every piece is shaped as symmetrically as possible, yet remains one of a kind - a reflection of your unique imprint.
6. Delivery
Your finished jewelry is presented in a MiJu gift box and sent to you with care.
Please allow around 4 weeks for silver and 6 weeks for gold after we receive your imprint. Processing times may vary slightly.
