Of course we hope everybody loves our jewelry as much as we do, but your happiness is most important to us!
That’s why you have 30 days to return your products. If you need a longer return period please contact us beforehand.
Step 1.
Inform us of your return by sending an email to info@mijuofficial.com with your order number and reason of your return.

Please note..
Return your products in their original condition. Meaning you can only return an item when it’s not worn, undamaged and includes its original packaging.
MiJu reserves the right to refuse returned products when they’re damaged, worn or not received within the return deadline.
Unfortunately we can’t provide free returns, so the shipping costs are for the customers expense.
We always recommend to send your package using a secure/traceable method. Please note that we can’t be hold responsible for lost returns.
The Engagement collection offers a 60 days return or exchange period. If you need a longer return period please contact us beforehand.
Please note we'll deduct €25 from your total order value if the Engagement Love Story book is already in use.
