Your kit includes:

- Return envelope and protective tin, for easy and secure shipping back to our store.

* Our Imprint Collection is available by appointment only at our Breda store. We want to give you the time and attention you deserve while creating your forever piece.
* Using a low-temperature melting wax, the process is safe for both pets and people - making it possible to capture imprints such as paw prints, noses, or fingerprints. Together with a certified member of our team, you’ll create your personal wax impression in-store.
* We’ll work our goldsmith magic to transform your wax imprint into a one-of-a-kind piece of fine jewelry. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time while we carefully craft your design.
*Your finished jewel can be picked up in our Breda store or shipped directly to you.

FAQ
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your wax design, the production time is approximately 4 weeks for silver and 6 weeks for gold.
Times may vary slightly depending on workload and season.
Is the wax safe for children and pets?
Yes. The wax is non-toxic and completely safe to use for children and pets when making hand, foot, or paw imprints. However, it’s not intended to be eaten, and small pieces should be kept out of reach when not in use.
Can I practice before making my final imprint?
Yes. Each kit includes extra wax blanks so you can practice before creating your final imprint.
What if my imprint doesn’t look right?
If you’re unsure, take a clear photo and email it to us before returning your wax. Our goldsmith can advise whether it’s suitable for casting.
What if my wax is damaged during shipping?
We recommend placing it in the provided protective tin and using tracked shipping for added security.
Do you confirm when you receive my wax?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your wax has arrived safely at our store.
What metals can I choose from?
You can choose from sterling silver, 9k or 14k gold. Each piece is made to order in our store.
How long do I have to return my wax?
You can return your wax design within 1 month of receiving your kit. After that period, an additional fee may apply.
Is the wax reusable?
No. Once imprinted, the wax shape cannot be reused or reshaped. Use the extra pieces included in your kit for practice.
Do you keep a copy of my imprint or wax design?
No. Each wax model is unique and used directly in the lost-wax casting process, meaning it melts away when your jewelry is created. We do not keep any molds or copies, ensuring your piece remains one of a kind.
I forgot to include my registration form in the envelope. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to start creating your jewelry if we can’t identify who the package is from. Please contact us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and tracking details so we can try to locate and match your wax design to your order.
Can I imprint two dog prints on a single necklace kit?
Each kit is designed for one imprint and one final piece of jewelry. If you’d like to include two prints, such as two paws on one pendant, please contact us before starting. In some cases, we can combine both imprints into one custom design for an additional fee.
Can I imprint two dog prints on a single ring kit?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to include two prints on one ring. Each ring design is made to capture a single, detailed imprint to ensure the best result and highest quality. If you’d like to create two rings, one for each pet, you can order an additional kit.
