SHIPPING Home-Kit
Our Imprint Home Kits will be shipped starting from November 11th.
After this initial release, we aim to ship your kit the next working day.
Returning your wax to us: NL customers will receive a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving your finished item: The cost of us shipping your finished item to you is included in the purchase price.
Everything you need to create your own wax design, ready to be transformed into a precious piece of jewelry.
Your kit includes:
- Multiple wax pieces, to practice and create your final imprint.
- Return form, to note down your details and selected jewelry design.
- Instruction card with clear step-by-step guidance.
- Protective tin, for easy and secure shipping back to our store.
The Process
1. At Home or In-Store?
If you’d like to create your design at home, simply add the Imprint Kit to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Prefer to do it in store? Book your appointment directly — there’s no need to add anything to your cart.
2. Imprint your wax
At home: follow the step-by-step guide in your kit to make your wax imprint.
In store: our team will guide you through the imprint process in person.
3. Return your imprint
If you used the home kit, place your chosen wax imprint in the protective tin and send it back to us.
In store, your imprint will be checked and approved on the spot.
4. Inspection & Casting
Once your imprint arrives, our goldsmith carefully inspects it to ensure it’s ready for casting.
After approval, your design is transformed into solid gold or silver using the traditional lost-wax method.
5. Polishing & Finishing
After casting, your jewelry is hand-polished and refined to perfection.
Every piece is shaped as symmetrically as possible, yet remains one of a kind - a reflection of your unique imprint.
6. Delivery
Your finished jewelry is presented in a MiJu gift box and sent to you with care.
Please allow around 4 weeks for silver and 6 weeks for gold after we receive your imprint. Processing times may vary slightly.
